Roles
In TeenPublish, we have a hierarchy of roles. Based on the quality of your articles and how active you remain, you can get a higher role. Higher roles can consist of : being able to publish without being in a queue, editing others posts and comments, and more. The higher your role goes the more responsibility you will have. Please do not just ask us to “bump you up” via email, that’s not the way to prove yourself. The best way is to write good articles/blogs.
The current role summaries:
- Administrator – Somebody who has access to all the administration features. Very few of these.
- Editor – Somebody who can publish posts, manage posts as well as manage other people’s posts, etc. This is a position of great responsibility for TeenPublish, where you will have to check other people’s posts before allowing them to be published.
- Author – Somebody who can publish and manage their own posts only, but not edit others posts.
- Contributor - Default role assigned when you sign up for an account. Somebody who can write and manage their posts but not publish posts without approval. Having to wait for approval can take from minutes to days, depending on when an Editor/Admin can get around to it. This initial step is just to see how good content you write, and to make sure it’s not spam.
